We manufacture a broad range of portable lighting products including LED flashlights, rechargeable torches, heavy-duty field torches, tactical-style flashlights, inspection lights (pen lights, COB panels, gooseneck lights), and industrial work lights. We also produce custom and OEM products designed to specific client requirements. Our product range covers brightness outputs from around 100 lumens for compact lights up to 5000+ lumens for site work lights.

Yes. OEM manufacturing is one of our core services. We manufacture torch products to your exact technical specifications — including custom brightness levels, beam configurations, body materials, switch types and operating modes. Our team will work from your specification document or technical brief, and a pre-production sample is always produced for client approval before any full production run begins.

Yes. We offer logo application via laser engraving and pad printing directly onto the torch body. We can also print your branding onto product packaging, instruction manuals and accessories. For laser engraving, we require vector artwork (AI or EPS format). For pad printing on curved or flat surfaces, we support CMYK and Pantone colour matching. Our team will advise on the most suitable method based on your product and budget.

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product type and service. For standard products from our range, MOQs typically start from 100–500 units depending on the model. For OEM or custom designed products with tooling, MOQs may be higher to support tooling cost recovery. For private label orders using existing platforms, MOQs can be as low as 300 units. Please contact us with your specific requirement and we will advise on the appropriate MOQ and pricing.

Yes, a wide range of specifications can be customised. This includes lumen output, brightness modes, beam angle and optics, battery type (alkaline, lithium-ion, NiMH), charging method (USB-C, micro-USB, dock), body material and colour, switch type and position, IP/water resistance rating, and housing size. For significant specification changes or entirely new configurations, a pre-production sample will be required before proceeding to full production.

Yes. We provide pre-production samples for client evaluation before committing to a full production order. For standard products, samples can typically be dispatched within 7–14 working days. For custom or OEM products, the sample lead time depends on the complexity of the specification. Sample costs and conditions are agreed at the time of enquiry. We strongly recommend sample approval before any large-scale order proceeds.

We manufacture torches compatible with a wide range of battery options including: standard alkaline cells (AA, AAA, C, D), lithium-ion rechargeable batteries (18650, 21700, built-in Li-Ion packs), NiMH rechargeable cells, and D-cell formats for high-capacity models. For rechargeable models, charging inputs include USB-C, micro-USB and proprietary charging cradles. Battery selection can be customised based on your runtime, size and charging requirements.

Yes. We offer full custom packaging solutions including retail window boxes, blister card packaging, gift sets, foam-lined carry cases, display units and plain brown export cartons. Packaging can be fully branded with your artwork, product information and regulatory markings. We can produce packaging in-house or work with approved suppliers. Packaging samples are provided for approval before production commences.

Yes. Bulk orders are a key part of our business. Our production facility is capable of handling large-volume orders with consistent quality across the entire batch. We provide dedicated project management for bulk orders to ensure production scheduling, QC sign-off and shipment coordination are handled efficiently. Volume pricing is available — please contact us with your quantity and product requirements for a tailored quotation.

Yes. We currently export to over 25 international markets across multiple regions. We handle export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, and where applicable, certificates of origin. Our logistics team can coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder or arrange shipping on your behalf via established freight partners. Please provide your destination country and port of entry details when submitting your enquiry.

Our quality control process includes incoming component inspection, in-process assembly checks and final product testing. Final testing covers: lumen output and beam measurement, IP water ingress testing (applicable products), drop and impact resistance testing, battery runtime verification, electrical safety and insulation checks, switch and mode function testing, and visual inspection for finish and assembly quality. A defined percentage of each production batch undergoes full testing before shipment approval.
